Vacancy: Finance Manager (assignment, NL)

Who are we?

At Circonnect, we work with knowledge partners, regional application partners, industry associations and transition partners to help companies and designers adopt circular design. We provide circular design knowledge through training programs and a comprehensive set of design tools. We have already helped more than 3,000 companies get started and our knowledge is used in 18 countries.

Our team is entrepreneurial and driven to accelerate the circular transition. We want to continue to develop our knowledge offering so that even more companies and designers can benefit. With an increasing diversity of activities and an increasing number of partners, we need a well-organized financial structure.

What are we looking for?

An energetic professional to manage our program finances and help build our impact mission. You will be responsible for grant dashboards & administration, commissioning, project budgets, financial monitoring You will perform your duties in collaboration with our program managers, support/administration, bookkeeper and controller.

Your duties:

• Develop and manage budgets and financial dashboards.
• Coordinate project meetings and record (financial) decisions.
• Manage and monitor project budgets and report to grantors.
• Coordinate program administration and direct support.
• Establish and improve work processes for program support.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in finance.

How do we work?

Circonnect is part of CLICKNL and is supported by the Ministry of Infrastructure & Water Management and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate. Our program consists of:

1. Knowledge Center: Here we make circular design knowledge accessible to SMEs and designers.
2. Toolbox: From here we offer a wide range of design tools to our network of Hubs, industry partners and trainers.
3. Lines of action: We help our partners in the Netherlands and internationally to use the design tools effectively in their sector or region.

We also have teams for finance, support and communications.
