During the Two4C Alumni Day: From Roadmap to Results, former CIRCO participants will reunite to share experiences, draw inspiration from real-world examples, and catch up on developments related to circularity, data, and legislation. In addition to the plenary program, you can participate in two in-depth sessions. One of them is this Next Steps Workshop.

Next Steps Workshop

After completing a CIRCO Track, the next step begins: putting your circular plans into practice. And it is precisely during this implementation phase that new questions often arise regarding, for example, design choices, materials, business models, supply chain collaboration, or internal organization.

During the interactive Next Steps Workshop, you’ll work alongside CIRCO trainer Joost van Uden and other participating companies to address the challenges you face when implementing circular plans. These include questions about material choices, environmental impact, the business case, internal support, and collaboration within the supply chain.

First, you’ll identify where your main challenge lies. Then, through practical exercises—both on your own and with the group—you’ll work toward concrete solutions. Findings can be shared with the entire group, so you can move forward with new insights and practical tools.
