This book is interesting for understanding what circular design strategies and business models exist. It gives a good overview of different options with examples from many different industries. This book is a good starting point to understand how to make products circular and to set a direction for your own business.
'Products that last' provides different strategies and methods to redesign products. The goal is to develop a new perspective to design products. There will be a shift in emphasis on different product features, and together with designers, entrepreneurs can work on new principles to make money from using products. A revolution in ways of doing business is needed. To this end, the book describes five business model types that benefit from a longer-than-average product life (they can be combined and are explained by chapter).
