Circular solutions in construction only come about when you bring supply and demand together. It is important that chain partners such as designers, construction companies, subcontractors and installers take up the challenge together to retain as much value as possible from end products. For example, during the CIRCO Track "Affordable circular housing construction Flevoland" in which eleven companies participated.
CIRCO organizes Tracks: companies from one industry come together around a specific theme or with the whole chain. During 3 design days they work on concrete circular products, services and business models. CIRCO is happy to share these findings. During the CIRCO Track 'Affordable circular housing construction Flevoland', chain partners in the construction industry were offered the opportunity to develop circular business together with explicit attention to the alignment between supply and demand in the region. They used the practical tool 'the value pyramid' used to visualize value creation and destruction. It provided immediate concrete steps towards new circular collaborations and business opportunities.
