10 catering companies participated in the Horeca Food Waste Challenge 2022 in Hart van Brabant. Kudos to all the participants, because creative as they were, together they threw away an average of 54% less food. Hospitality businesses in the Central Brabant region wasted more than 54% less food in recent weeks. That is the profit of their participation in the Horeca Food Waste Challenge, an initiative of Rabobank, Up New Food of Midpoint Brabant and 013Food.
