Session: Circular behavioral change and team development

How do you engage your team in circular business practices? In this interactive session, you’ll gain practical tools for behavioral change and team development. On behalf of Circonnect/CIRCO, Lilian van Hove will guide you through how to translate theoretical insights into practice. No abstract models—just concrete examples and immediately applicable insights to truly get people and organizations moving.
With her background in both science and strategic consulting, Lilian excels at connecting analysis, reflection, and action. Drawing on her experience with sustainable, circular, and regenerative issues—from global ports to SMEs and from national programs to municipalities—she demonstrates what works in practice and the challenges organizations frequently encounter.

Expect a mix of theory, interactive activities, and practical tools you can put to use right away.

CIRCO

The circular economy does not arise by itself. CIRCO (a program of TKI-CLICKNL) focuses on getting a new market moving. CIRCO therefore activates - with the support of the government - entrepreneurs and creative professionals to (re)design products, services and business models in order to then do circular business.
