A New Starting Point for the Conversation on Sustainability with the “Circularity, Data, and Innovation” Discussion Board
The “Circularity, Data, and Innovation” Discussion Guide is now available: a fixed starting point for initial conversations with organizations about sustainability, free for consultants and industry organizations to use. In the learning environment, you’ll also learn, step by step, how to use the Discussion Guide directly with organizations.
Together with the organization, you’ll explore what circularity can mean for it and make that concept tangible—without resorting to technical jargon right away. The guide helps you gain insight into the motivations, opportunities, and obstacles, clearly identifies the organization’s needs, and offers inspiration regarding the possibilities of circular business practices.
The Discussion Guide takes you through six steps: from the organization’s motivations and value chain to the value pyramid, the Circular Design Framework, design strategies, and, finally, the strategic choice of a circular business model. Each step builds on the previous one and brings the discussion closer to concrete next steps.
The Praatplaat helps you identify an organization’s driving forces: from cost savings, customer relationships, and delivery reliability to future-proofing, mitigating delivery risks, and new business opportunities. This way, in addition to sustainability goals, concrete strategic opportunities are brought to the table.
